The best investment you can make is an investment in YOURSELF. ❤️

And sometimes, that means hiring a Personal Trainer/Coach.

WHY?

If your child were struggling in a particular subject, you’d hire a tutor, right?

So if YOU are struggling with your confidence, your mobility, your nutrition, your strength, or simply walking around without getting breathless… why wouldn’t you do the same for yourself?

A Coach is your tutor.

We teach you.
We guide you.
We hold you accountable.
We help you build strength and confidence.
And most importantly, we help you learn how to take care of the body you have to live in for the rest of your life.

You don’t have to already be “in shape” to hire a Coach.

That’s what we’re here for. ❤️💪

“Haven’t made it up the mountain… but I’m climbing.” ❤️

Nine years ago, Fortified looked a little different. We’ve grown, changed, and evolved, but one thing has never changed..my mission.

My goal has always been to create a place where everyone who walks through these doors feels welcome, valued, and worthy of taking up space.

A place where no matter your age, fitness level, or where you’re starting, you feel comfortable, supported, and seen.

Not a franchise where it’s all about numbers, but a family where strangers become friends. Fortified is an extension of my home, and I hope every person who walks through these doors feels like they’re coming home too.

I haven’t reached the top of the mountain yet, and maybe I never will. Because the goal isn’t just to build a bigger gym, it’s to keep building a place that changes lives.

If Fortified has made you stronger, given you confidence, helped you through a hard season, or simply made you smile, I’d love to hear your story in the comments. Those stories are the reason I do what I do.

Meet Jo. She is our newest addition to the team of Wonder Woman Coaches here at Fortified Fitness.

Here is a little about her.

Almost three years ago, Jo walked through the doors of Fortified Fitness as a nervous first-time member looking to become healthier and stronger. What started as a personal fitness journey soon became a passion for encouraging others, and today she's proud to give back to the community that helped change her life.

As a coach, Jo believes fitness is about showing up, challenging yourself, and celebrating progress no matter where you're starting from. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every member feels supported, encouraged, and capable of more than they thought possible.

Outside the gym, Jo enjoys long-distance walks, spending time outdoors, anything true-crime related, and has a longtime love of K9 agility sports and working dogs.

Whether you're brand new to fitness or chasing a new goal, Jo hopes you'll leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and maybe even smiling a little.
