5 years ago I started my fitness journey. From 400 lbs to 195lbs and regained up to 260 lbs back down to 245lbs, the gym has always been there for me. So thankful for this passion and the people I’ve met along the way 🥹

9 years! Of course, when you start a business you want it to be successful. When we started The Lift Factory we had no idea just how impactful it would be. Lifelong bonds have been formed here. Best friendships have been built. Relationships have blossomed from the soil that is a hardcore gym. Babies have been born! All from connections that have happened here, at The Lift Factory. It’s a beautiful thing to be apart of. We are grateful for each and every person that has helped and supported us along the way, and there are many. No matter what the future holds, The Lift Factory will live on forever.
