We got a huge group this year that are going to AO2! Here are the 24 athletes’ dates and times that will be competing in Pleasanton, CA. Head to usaw.live to watch them compete! We are so proud to announce that our very own Coach Jen has been promoted to Lead Coach at LVB!

With over 12 years in weightlifting and 16 years of coaching experience, she has been a great asset to our team. She’s the one all of our new members work with when they on-ramp into classes and helps run the ship when Coach Billy is out of town. Her passion for the sport of weightlifting and connecting with people has tremendously grown in her time with us. She is a true leader and we know she will be continue to grow as an amazing Coach.

You’ll see her around the gym a bit more as we add double coach coverage for some of our busy evening classes. Please feel free to give her a congratulatory high five when you see her in the gym!

Our 10am Coached Weightlifting class will be cancelled on Monday, May 22nd due to our event on Sunday. The gym will reopen at 12pm. All other classes will resume as normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
