"What are you looking to accomplish with 6 Weeks of the Work?"
That question was posed to me at the start of my journey. I quickly responded "well, it's not so much about that AFTER picture anymore. It's about leveling up on my performance. I want to be fitter, stronger, faster and better every day!"
These before/after pics don't accurately depict the true transformation nor the 11 years of work that I've put in to get here!
"Can I be honest?" I love saying that. I hadn't been challenged like this since P90X2 in 2012. Yes it's that tough. Some days The Work brought me to my knees. Some days I was cursing the f**k out of Amoila and other days praising his genius. The byproduct was that I'm stronger than ever at 44, I believe in me and love myself more! Not to mention, I impressed myself a bunch of times with all the crazy pushups!
I'm in love with the mental transformation. The increases in self appreciation. The mental focus on creating daily wins. The shift from negative to positive! Gratitude and being connected and present! Faith! Belief in my capabilities growing every day! Appreciation for THE WORK and living in the discomfort. Sustainability!
This is more than fitness. I know it sounds corny but I'm being 100% real. This program is helping to continue my personal evolution past the physical. It's a beautiful thing ya'll.✌
I want this for YOU! Yes YOU!
I want you to get out of your own way.
I want you to evolve.
I want you to love yourself enough to grind for change.
I want you to learn how to celebrate yourself each day.
I want you to do something great for yourself!
11 years ago I said YES to P90X and never stopped pressing play! Today, I am officially a 6 Weeks of the Work grad. F**k yeah!
Program #27 completed! Now that's something to celebrate!
