Two Wrights Everyone Is Watching in 2026
With so much talent in the Wright family, there are always several names worth watching. But in 2026, two stories stand out: Rusty Wright and Stetson Wright.
For Rusty, this season is about finally capturing the one thing that has eluded him—a PRCA World Championship. While his father Cody and brothers Ryder, Stetson and Statler all own gold buckles, Rusty has spent much of 2026 right at the top of the Saddle Bronc World Standings. Now he has a real opportunity to add his own world title to the family collection.
Then there’s Stetson Wright.
After winning three more world championships in 2025 and bringing his career total to 10 gold buckles, Stetson entered 2026 with another enormous challenge: continuing to compete at an elite level in both saddle bronc riding and bull riding. Every time “Superman” gets in the chute, another piece of rodeo history seems possible.
Two brothers. Two very different goals.
Rusty is chasing his first gold buckle. Stetson is chasing No. 11.
And with the regular season almost over, the Wright family story is getting more interesting by the day.
