We apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully this reaches everybody in time… unfortunately we won’t be able to open tomorrow until 2:30pm.

Stay safe, hydrated, wash your hands, and Wipe down your equipment… I totally sound like a Mom, but I know sometimes we forget how many germs travel through the airport every day.

If you go around and ask all of your friends if they knew that there was a gym in the airport… I bet it would be 5% or less.

And it’s not a tiny little hotel gym… it’s 13,000 ft.². It has everything you need.

Even more, did you know that we have 3 sleep rooms that are available for booking? If you have a delay, or a long layover… you can take a nap or just relax in peace.

it breaks my heart to give you guys this news, and I believe if more people would’ve known how amazing is, we wouldn’t be sending out this unfortunate letter. We will be closing our doors permanently on March 14.

This was not what I envisioned for us, we have so much more work to do … if anybody is open to a conversation, I am full of ideas!

We have updated hours for this weekend… I do apologize for the late notice! As most of you know, we are simply waiting for background to clear to be rocking a normal schedule again. we’re super excited about the new staff coming on board. We are opening early on Sunday to hopefully help some of you guys get in for a workout! 💪

This is Kari, your new GM. I know this is the last thing that you guys want to see. and myself i’ve been doing everything we can to keep a consistent schedule. Like I always say, consistency is KEY 🔑 especially when it comes to business and fitness.

We are here to help you, make you smile, and be there for you. Whether you are visiting us to get some rest during the layover, or want to pump some iron, we got you! We are on a mission to build best team possible, because we have the best members ever!

Please spread the word to your friends and coworkers … I don’t want anybody walking up to the door and seeing a sign that they didn’t expect to see! We all know how it feels

Accountability and support are 2 of the hardest things to find in life. fitness is something I am so passionate about because I know how important it is to have those things.

I have always been a client, and I will forever be a student.

PT client in 2014 with the amazing to GM in 2025! Never stop believing in yourself! No matter what life throws at you, cover and move. Adapt and overcome. Do what you have to do to become the person you want to be.

If you have a dream or a vision for yourself, write it down. If you need motivation, support, accountability, that’s where I come in. Let me know when you’re ready to rock 🤘💪
