A moment that will never be forgotten. One of joeys favorite knight hawk players was nice enough to gift him his necklace. To see his face. To understand, this is how your inspire others. The unexpected gift from your hero, that takes the time to talk to him after every game, takes pics with him as many times as he wants. Every time Joey plays he will wear this chain and if he feels down ever, he will hold it in memory of what his hero told him “stay positive, next play harder”

From 174 pounds to 270 pounds to now my body weight is around 230 pounds. I’ve been through it all. Weight gain. Weight loss. So I can relate to both battles. Sometimes it’s nice to be reminded about your journey and the things you have been through with it to prove how badass and resilient you really are.

Happy Father’s Day!!

This is khaos who we found on a bike ride the other night. He stayed with us over night but luckily we were able to find his home the next day. Joey was disappointed but glad. Doing the right thing matters. ❤️ hold the door for others, say a simple hello to someone, smile, it matters! You will feel good and spread it to others.

HERE’S TO ALL THE DADS

-who paid for dinner that no one was grateful for.
-Who didn’t know if they’d make it to payday.
-Who are trying their best to be a good man, in a society that devalues men.
-who never hear, I’m proud of you” because those are important words to a man
-who work long hours, and leave all the days frustrations at the door to be there for his kids, cause that’s what Dads do
-who love so much even when they feel they are failing!
-who shoulder the weight of the world for their family.

Small reminder “Don’t quit”! Just because your not seeing a physical change doesn’t mean it’s not worth working out! I feel working out is better for the mind then anything else. Let your stress out at the gym. You will feel better and look better because of it.

So hard to even write this…my friend of over 35 years, drove with me from New York to Vegas, countless party nights and days, visiting him at college, basketball teams and so much more, has been taken from us due to his battle with cancer. I hate that word so much. I love and miss him so much already. The most kind and best friend. Like my little brother at times. I’m so proud of his passions and accomplishments. Hard to write more but plenty more to say. Thank u for the privilege and honor to call u my best friend ❤️😭❤️
