Today’s little reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to look like a yoga mat.

Sometimes it looks like sunshine through the trees, water in the distance, and a really good local kombucha. 🌿

Tried this Hummingbird Nectar from Bailey’s Farms today and it felt like exactly the kind of small moment I want more of—something delicious, local and enjoyed slowly.

I will deeply miss Apple Blossom Kombucha Co. on tap at LFA Mason (RIP to both businesses 😢). But I am grateful Apple Blossom Kombucha Co. set me up for scoby success. First batch of kombucha was a huge success.
We patiently waited for the second ferment to finish and today we enjoyed our homemade grape/blueberry flavor with bay views. 😍

Due to construction at the studio, my free community chair class is moving to March 21, 12-1 pm. A brand new second studio is in the making and I can’t wait to teach in the new space!

BONUS: the new date aligns with Spring Equinox and if you’ve been to my meditation classes before then you know this will be a beautiful line up of movement and soul.
