I had an amazing time at the fall classic in the late model race. I just wanted to stay in the back and learn more about the car. I stayed on the lead lap till about 50 laps in. Went a lap down on lap 55 and started having brake problems. So i pulled off at lap 59 . My goal for the race was to finish on the lead lap, bring the car home in one peice and just have fun!!! Well, the car is in one peice. I learned a few things from this weekend, but have more to learn. It was a big difference from driving my thunder roadster. I will come back and get more seat time. I learned to always keep my head up and keep on trucking!!!!

Just wanted to thank Lane John Keller ,Bill Paddack , Uncle Grumpie (john) , Kyle Keller ,Chris Bray at Phils Phabrication, Steven Moll at CSM Graphics , Aaron Jimenez, Brandon, Brian Taylor, Jeri Baumwoll and Lyla Rose, Dylan Thayer, Alexzandra, Jacob Bishop and Sean Bishop. Haven’t posted too much here lately.

Spanky is now a 4 time track champion at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

2014 2016 2018 2019

2018 marked the last full season for the Thunder Roadsters at The Bullring. The cars are in town, but not many drivers were coming out.

2019 Thunder Roadsters were no longer represented under USLCI.

Track Director, Tim Richter, allowed the Thunder Roadsters to race on Friday nights only. They were given 6 races. After 4 races the track went on summer break. During this break Spanky underwent a freak injury that resulted in 11 days and 2 surgeries in the hospital. Just two and a half weeks post operation Spanky raced the 5th race to clench his last Thunder Roadster Championship at The Bullring.

We would like to thank everyone that has helped Spanky get to this point in his racing career. Not sure what the future holds at this point.

Three Bullring track titles could be decided this weekend at Pack the Track Night presented by K&N Air Filters! The special night will feature $5 tickets, a raffle for NASCAR weekend tickets and the final on-track autograph session of the season, so come out and see nine different classes in action! Congrats also to Chris "Spanky" Bosley, who secured his fourth career Thunder Cars championship over the weekend!

Tonight was not the night that we had hoped for. Had an oil leak that resulted in oil inside the cockpit. On lap 14 of 15, in turn 3 going into 4, Spanky’s foot slipped off the gas pedal allowing the #22 to pass for the win. We tried.

Saturday, October 6 is the final points race of the season.
