“Marcia’s Gym.” My gym is a space others come to for strength, pride, humility, a sense of worth, friendship, a great pump, and a good sweat. Today my client and good friend gifted me with this beautiful clock and work of art for me to place inside of Integral Fitness. This clocks represents my gym and our fitness journey together over the last year. Tieia has stuck with me as her trainer and made a spectacular transformation with her body composition, poise, and attitude. It is truly amazing how consistent weight lifting and exercise can make you feel alive. Thank you for this wonderful gift, Tieia. Today I realize how truly special my gym is to others and how much it brings happiness and purpose to my heart. I urge all of you to chase health. Health at times may come with struggle, pain, soreness, bravery, uncomfortable choices, and eating food outside of our sad norm. But on the other side of the spectrum lies sickness. Sickness comes from comfort, ease, complacency, self pity, passiveness, and gluttony. Make the choice to be better, make the choice to be healthier. This is your life, after all. 💪
