Your body is a record of what you repeatedly expose it to 💫

How you sit.
How you move.
How you breathe.
How you train.
How you recover.

🌱 Your practice is an environment too.

And when you intentionally change that environment, you begin changing what your body adapts to and what you become capable of ✨

This will be one of the core themes of our two-day Breathe & Flow London Immersion.

We’ll practice the Breathe & Flow Method together and explore integrated practice through movement, anatomy, fascia, myofascial release, breath, awareness, and the way the whole body organizes itself 🌀

There are only 2 spots left 🙌

Your body is always communicating through sensation. Learning to listen begins with noticing its patterns and becoming curious about what they might be telling you.

Sometimes tension appears somewhere different from where a movement pattern began. An old foot injury, a tight hip or restriction across the opposite shoulder may be related. The aim is not to diagnose yourself, but to explore how your whole body responds and adapts.

Your body works as a connected whole. Fascia, breath, pressure and force help link different regions, so what you feel in one place may relate to how you move, support yourself or breathe somewhere else.

During this two-day London yoga immersion, you will experience these relationships through extended guided practices before exploring the anatomy behind what you felt.
Through integrated anatomy, fascia, the Anatomy Trains lens, movement chains, breath and force transmission, we will look at how different areas of the body communicate and work together.

The purpose is practical. You will begin recognizing your own movement patterns, making more informed choices and building a yoga practice that better supports your individual body.
Put language to what your body already knows.

Join Bre and Flo in London on October 3 and 4 for two full days of movement, exploration and learning. You do not need to be a yoga teacher or have an advanced physical practice. Come with some movement experience, an open mind and a willingness to explore.

✨ You can practice for years and still feel stuck.

You take a class here. Try a new method there. Save another breathing technique. Learn another interesting concept 💫

🙏 You’re practicing, but everything lives in separate pieces.

And when nothing connects, it becomes difficult for the practice to actually land.

🐺 The Wolfpack Path was created to give those pieces a structure.

Movement. Breathwork. Meditation. Journaling. Self-reflection. Awareness 🙌

All connected to the place where practice actually matters: your everyday life.

How you respond under pressure.
How you handle responsibility.
How you relate to yourself and others.
How you keep showing up when life gets full.

Because many people don’t need more information. They need orientation. A stable reference point that helps practice become something they can actually live 🌱

The Wolfpack Path isn’t something you race through and finish.

You show up for it. You practice it.

🌀 And gradually, it becomes part of how you live.

You can practice for years and still feel stuck.

One class here. Another method there. A breathing technique. A new concept.

Another practice to add to the list.

You’re doing a lot, but nothing really connects.

That’s exactly why we created the Wolfpack Path.

It brings movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, self-reflection and awareness into one long-term practice pathway, with a clear focus on making the work useful in everyday life.

Under pressure. In relationships. Through responsibilities. During difficult seasons. In the ordinary moments where practice gets tested.

Because many people don’t need more information. They need orientation and a stable reference point for their practice.

The Wolfpack Path is something you show up for and gradually learn to live.

Some of you have been practicing with us in your living room for years.

You’ve seen us on your screen almost daily. You’ve breathed with us, moved with us, practiced with us.

Now we finally get to practice together. In person 💛

October 3–4, we’re coming to London for a two-day Breathe & Flow Immersion.

A full weekend to go deeper into the practice and the Breathe & Flow Method, surrounded by people who understand why this work matters.

Because you’re not alone on this path.

There are other people doing the “weird yoga things.” 🙏 Other people exploring their bodies, changing how they move, becoming more aware, and wanting to understand the practice beneath the poses.

Over the weekend we’ll explore:

• Long morning practices together
• Fascia and integral anatomy
• Myofascial release and self-massage techniques
• The Breathe & Flow Method
• Our approach to designing practices and classes
• Teaching methodology and the tools we use behind the scenes
• Community, connection, and plenty of time together

If you’re a yoga teacher, the immersion also includes 20 continuing education credits for your professional development and deeper study.

And if you have someone you practice with, bring them. There’s a discount for every person you bring.

After years of meeting so many of you through a screen, we’re incredibly excited to hug you, practice with you, learn together, and spend a full weekend in community.

Yes, my team knew exactly what they were doing with this one 😂

But the balls are actually worth talking about.

Our new Breathe and Flow Myofascial Release Balls are now in the shop.

I use myofascial release regularly to explore tension, create awareness, and give the body a chance to release after training, yoga, Jiu Jitsu, travel, or just being a human with feet.

Simple tool. Lots of uses. And apparently excellent content material.

If you’ve practiced with us for a while, you’ve probably felt this hundreds of times without necessarily knowing why ✨

🌀 There’s a reason our classes move through certain planes, create relationships between different areas of the body, and gradually bring those pieces together.

The sequence has structure.

🙌 We organize. We connect. We integrate.

And eventually the body starts to feel less like separate parts trying to do individual jobs and more like one system working together.

That feeling at the end of practice where you think, “I just feel more like myself.”

That isn’t accidental 💫

For years, much of the deeper thinking behind how we build and sequence our practices has lived inside our longer teacher trainings.

On October 3–4 in London, Bre and I are opening it up during our two-day immersion in Integrated Practice 🐺

We’ll explore the Breathe & Flow Method, the philosophy behind it, and how that philosophy becomes an actual practice and class structure.

☀️ You don’t need to be a yoga teacher to join us. If you’re a dedicated practitioner who wants to understand your practice on a deeper level, this weekend is for you too.

And if you do teach, we’ll give you a framework you can bring into the way you sequence and guide your own students.

The body is one system.

The divisions we create are useful for learning, but ultimately we practice so the pieces can find their relationship to the whole again.

And maybe that’s part of why an integrated practice can bring us closer to our center.
