Sifu Jack's four hour sparring drills seminar jan 9 th at 1200 noon to 5 pm # rainbow family park at oakie and rainbow one block west on oakie we will meet by the pull up bars for up coming martial arts tournament at gold coast hotel to prepare you for stan witz martial arts tounament jan 29 th saturday to compete .bring a towel for training from home. Training has always been apart of my life and martial arts now 50 years of dedication and still movie at top speed. Staying in top shape helped all these years mentally and physically .I was lucky I found my passion all these years you you could to kung fu and martial arts can be your best friend . Its how bad you want to learn and change your life.and kung fu can do that it changed mine.
