This July, some of Team Vegas will be taking the HOT HULA fitness vibe to Idaho for the 3rd annual Aloha Festival, teaming up with some of Team Arizona, Hawaii, and SoCal to showcase the power of dance fitness and community.

After a 20-year hiatus, I came back to teaching dance fitness 3.5 years ago — and this is where it all started. 🌺

I still haven’t lost my mind… according to me. My class might disagree. 😂

But real talk — watching this group greet each other with aloha, share, laugh, and then suffer together through my choreo? That’s everything.

I love where this has gone.

Here’s to the sweat, the side-eyes, and the community that keeps showing up. 🤙✨
