What it is: minor lumbar strain
What it feels like:

7 months, 272 --> 250lbs. Not only did I keep all my strength, I got stronger. I trained and dieted harder than last time.
Going slow is harder than going fast, but it's significantly more rewarding.
Still built like a tator tot but I'm working on it.
