Johnny Tocco was a cutman and Boxing trainer, and the Gym as it stands today was once a Mob hangout known as "The Zebra Lounge." Then one fateful day Boxing Manager (and gagnster) Blinky Polermo asked Johnny if he'd train a young kid out of Johnny's home town of St. Tocco's was his home Gym, and became the home of the World Heavyweight Champion. To this day we have done our best to keep up the tra

dition of grooming young fighters towards the goal of reaching the heights of the Sport of Boxing, as well as becoming honorable and dedicated people.
