Matt Henderson Golf Golf Instruction Matt Henderson, brings a unique combination of teaching and coaching skills to TPC Las Vegas.

A native of Cheyenne, Wyoming he has over 15 years’ experience as a golf professional and instructor. Matt is a graduate of UNLV and Class A member of the PGA. In 2013, GolfDigest named Matt as the #2 instructor in Nevada. He has become one of the most respected instructors in Southern Nevada through competitive player development, but enjoys working with players of all skill levels. His students

have included tour players, PGA Professionals, top amateurs, elite college and high school players from across the country
Matt has had the honor of learning from some of golf’s greatest instructors, spending 2006-2009 alongside Dave Pelz. He has also studied under Kevin Weeks, Mike Bender, Todd Sones, Dan Campbell, and Dave Phillips. Awards:
• 2013 Southern Nevada PGA Teacher of the Year
• 2013 Southwest Section PGA Player Development Award
• 2013-2014 Golf Digest “Best in State” Nevada
• 2014 UNLV PGA Golf Professional of the Year

Great conversations, new ideas, old friends, and a lot of time spent talking about where the game is headed.

Wonderful night at at the .nvpga awards dinner. Happy to be named the 2024 Teacher and Coach of the year! A big congratulations to my fellow award winners, job well done. Thank you to my students!
