My dad died on 1/31/20. He was a man of service, honesty and full of laughter. I will continue to honor his life with the rest of mine.

In one of our last conversations we talked about death and what were his wishes when it was his time. It was a question that I was afraid to ask even though death is guaranteed for all of us. The burden of this tragedy and its subsequent services and expenditures stays with the relatives and close friends.

This is bigger than me, my dad and my family. Death a is part of life.

Hug and kiss the people close to you and have the conversation. Tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone. Get your own death plan figured out.
