The Southwest PGA Assistant’s Section Championship— a bit of a roller coaster, but overall a solid tournament. I shot +6 (78) in the first round, and -6 (66) in the second round. The crazy thing, is both rounds looked and felt very similar… Golf is just insane...
I was a bit down on myself after the first round— kind of in disbelief, but more annoyed than anything. I don’t exactly know what it means to manifest something— but I convinced myself that I was going to play better in round two and I was going to will myself back to even par. Golf owes you NOTHING, but if you refuse to give up, sometimes it will give you an unexpected reward.
Don’t ever give up. Pedal down. 🔨😤🔨
