People walked through our doors carrying things far heavier than weights today.

Stress. Anxiety. Addiction. Loneliness. Hurt. 😞

Yes, we got a great workout in. But the real victory was watching people pray for one another, share breakthroughs, and realize they are not alone. 🙏🏾

Fitness is powerful.
Community is powerful.
Faith is powerful.

When all three come together, lives change. ☀️

People left stronger than they arrived, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

God is moving in this place, and we are grateful to witness it. 🙌🏾

Social City has never been just a gym.
