“10 years ago I lost my oldest friend, sadly she knew it was coming which was both a blessing and a curse. We were able to talk about everything we wanted to experience in life. Her last words to me were “do the things I can’t do”

This interaction changed the course of my life. Shortly after I started backpacking the world and living in remote countries. Years passed, experience was gained and a yearning for a home became present.

Sometimes it’s amazing just being in your own space and having somewhere to unwind. The solution was van life… the standard jaunt of parking lot to parking lot was not attractive to me, however a home I could take to the farthest reaches of countries was intoxicating.

The first step was the vehicle of choice. On a warm summer morning in Sedona, I came across a LMTV that was driving through the red rocks. The shape, capability and features all made me know this was the rig for me.

Fast forward 2 years and over 2000 of build hours, the light at the end of the tunnel is fast approaching. After summer on Canadian Islands and Alaskan glaciers, the road into Mexico is fast approaching.

Built on a Chevrolet 6500HD chassis, powered by a turbocharged 6.6L Duramax V-8 engine.

Size: A 34-foot long, 8-foot wide off-road vehicle.

While the LTx model has been refined for 2025 with new interior options.
