Next Sunday, 1/18/26, Chance will be running a FULL HYROX simulation for solos & duos as we get closer to race day 💥

Class will run different than usual, with structured heats to better simulate real race conditions.

⏱ Heat Times:
• 7:45 AM
• 8:30 AM
• 9:15 AM

👥 12 athletes max per heat
⚠️ Spots are limited and will fill fast

This is the perfect chance to dial in pacing, transitions, fueling, and mindset in a true race-style format and length.

If you're looking to stay fit over the holidays with a little extra running, or you’re just starting out and want some support and motivation, they’ve got you!

Sundays at 6:30 AM & 7:00 AM (two start times!)

All levels welcome, bring your family and friends for the fun.
Running is fun, especially once you master the art of breathing. 😜
