Your body adapted. That is why nothing is changing.
The same weights, same reps, same exercises. Your body figured it out and stopped responding. It happens faster than most people realize.
Progressive overload fixes it. One more rep. Slightly more weight. Better form on the same load. Small increases that force the body to keep adapting.
Without that you are not making progress. You are maintaining. And after 35 maintaining is not enough to outpace what your body is naturally losing.
