If youâve been feeling easily triggered lately, you are definitely not the only one. Even if you stay away from the news or avoid the drama, there is an intense, heavy heat in the air right now that is impossible to ignore.
The mistake most people make is trying to suppress that frustration or pretend it isnât there.
In Kundalini Yoga, we donât fear the fire. We use it.
We arenât here to stay angry, but we are also not here to play nice and spiritual while our boundaries get crossed. This practice is about taking that chaotic, irritated heat and channeling it through the grounding stability of Ta**us energy. We are turning the anger into the frequency of the âdoerââshifting you from a state of raw reaction into focused power.
You need that heat right now. You need it to build the warrior, the architect, and the maker inside you. You need it to set unbreakable boundaries, to say âstopâ exactly where itâs needed, and to make sharp, firm decisions.
But to do that effectively, your intuition and your radiance have to be turned all the way up. You have to be able to read the room, know your field, and act from a place of clarity rather than just reacting from a place of stress.
