11 years ago, our very own Chad Cole qualified for the CrossFit Games.

We are proud of everything Chad has accomplished both on and off the competition floor. Apollo was built around the standards he created, and the gym would not be what it is today without him.

Thank you for everything, Chad! You are a cherished part of this community.

HELL WEEK starts Monday, May 25th.

Each year at Apollo we take on a week of Hero Workouts to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and community. These workouts are meant to challenge us physically while reminding us why we do them in the first place.

We kick things off on Memorial Day with Murph.

Memorial Day Class Times:

7:00 AM

8:30 AM

10:00 AM

We’ll finish the week on Saturday with Maltz at 10:00 AM followed by a BBQ at the gym.

Complete all 6 workouts during Hell Week and earn an exclusive “I Survived Hell Week” t-shirt.

There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk for anyone wanting to participate and earn a shirt.

Get ready for a tough week, a meaningful week, and one of the best traditions we have at Apollo.

Our members have been putting in serious work, dialing in their nutrition and pushing through each week’s workout challenges. These prizes are well deserved, but the biggest reward is still ahead: the results they’ll achieve by the end of the challenge.

Big welcome to Dr. Chandler Fox!

We’re pumped to have Dr. Chandler Fox now working out of CrossFit Apollo and taking on clients right here in the gym.

She’s a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works with athletes to move better, recover faster, and stay doing what they love. Whether you’ve got something nagging, want to clean up movement, or just take better care of your body, she’s a great resource to have in your corner.

Having her in-house is a big win for all of us. Easy access, quick feedback, and someone who understands how we train.

Apollo Games 2026 — Thank You!

I want to thank everyone who came out and supported the Apollo Games this year. It was amazing to see so many incredible athletes push themselves and crush the workouts.

Unfortunately, we made a mistake with the scoring after the final event that wasn’t caught in time. I want to sincerely apologize—both to those who were mistakenly placed on the podium and to those who should have been recognized. I take full responsibility for the oversight.

At Apollo, we’re all about excellence and continuous improvement, and I can promise the event will only be better next time.
