So many requests for my before and after results from . I haven’t shared yet because keep in my mind this is a mental toughness challenge, NOT a fitness challenge. Although I did earn great physical results (14 pounds lost) my mental transformation was unbelievable. This experience was something I cannot put into words it was one of the hardest and most rewarding challenges I have taken on and I am so thankful I did.

Stop questioning whether you can do the things and just freakin do it!!! YOU can DO hard things, if you set your mind to it. Stop doubting yourself and believe in yourself. You can do this too! 💗

I was that person that compared where I was at in my life to everyone else on social media and I was never happy or satisfied. Then I started doing my own thing and my mindset changed. I don’t have it all together but I am pushing forward and trusting God’s plan for me🙏🏼

12 weeks of hardcore work and taking control for the first 12 weeks of 2021 and I am feeling damn good🤩💪🏼

Completed 9 week control freak with crazy good results and wasn’t ready to be done with it so I added on a bonus 3 weeks of her 9 week off the wall that she made for those who couldn’t make the equipment from the original program work for them.

9 weeks and later and feeling so dang proud! A total of 8 inches and 8.8 pounds lost, but most importantly I feel so good and energized. This program was everything I needed to start off the new year disciplined and I can’t wait to continue to make this my best and healthiest year yet.

Going to do the additional 15 workouts that consist of only dumbbells over the next 3 weeks and I can’t wait to see how much stronger I can push myself to get.

My March accountability group is open enrollment so you can join us at anytime this month whenever you are ready! 💗
