Been a long time since I saw my kali jkd Kung fu Cdf lineage , we ate and talked old stories for hours , I’m lucky to be allowed by my instructors to not only think outside the box , but to create a helicopter out if the box and fly to different destinations like kali , Kung fu , tai chi , boxing , kickboxing , grappling arts , and completely unpredictable street style . I have spent a lifetime trying to learn how to defend myself , stay healthy and focus my mental and spiritual energy like a lazer beam . I am very grateful and completely surprised to receive my 5th degree black sash from Sifu Jack Soderberg today . Big thanks to sifu Jack and G**o Richard Lamoureaux , who knows how I would have ended up without their teachings , huge thanks to my cdf senior sifu big Daniel Kocsis for getting us all together and for breakfast! It was a blessed day , we talked about a great project getting off the ground for Cdf academy, I’m blessed to be part of it ! Cheeeee haaa ! 🙏🏼🤙🏼🔥🙏🏼🤙🏼
