Time flies by! We are already to start the last week of the first class of Art of climbing.
I couldn't have asked for a better return on the first go!
We had a person with a shoulder injury who already have scheduled a Cortizone shot to the end of the class before her upcoming trip.
We had another person with an elbow problem wearing a strap for his activities.
And another person with two recent finger injuries.
There were also a couple "unhurt" people too :)
So now getting to the end I happily confirm, that all injuries have been contained.
She cancelled the Cortizone shot and went symptom free for the last two weeks and she started to climb harder than before.
The elbow strap is not needed anymore, and he can crank more pullups and pushups than before, and ofcourse climb harder and harder.
The finger injuries feel a lot better and less and less noticable, and this guys is ready to crank on his expeditions now.
The injury free people stayed healthy and just started sending all sorts of projects!
Only few things can cause so much happiness as seeing my students to heal, improve and succeed in this beautiful lifestyle!
