I’m leading all-levels hatha yoga flow at Blue Sky Yoga on most Sundays in August (8/4; 8/18; & 8/25). This studio is donation based; it’s located in the Las Vegas Arts District, & parking is free in the big lot in Charleston & Art Way (if you can find a spot). All levels & bodies are welcome. Hi Vegas yogis: I know it can be rough sometimes. When we dread being present in the body, when we argue with ourselves about putting on comfy clothes and stretching, when we want to crawl in a hole and sleep—that’s when we need yoga the most. I am holding a daytime yoga class at Happy Earth Market this Wednesday morning starting at 10am. $5-15, pay what you can. All levels welcome. Let’s practice stillness and presence together, so we have the strength to face the rest of the week.

In addition to improving strength and flexibility and increasing body awareness, yoga is proven to help with fight or flight, reduce stress, and improve heart health and sleep quality. Hi Vegas yogis and yoginis: just a reminder that I am teaching a new yoga class on wednesdays in May from 10-11:30am at Happy Earth Market off Karen and Maryland (by LVAC). Pay what you can; love donations are always accepted, and some mats are available to borrow. Please join me for a practice of presence and compassion for the self in one of the happiest, most creative places in the Las Vegas Valley.
