I thought the children would be too restless to be still and appreciate the slow movements of Tai Chi! But they were truly amazing—so focused and clearly enjoying the slow process. This is wonderful for children today, who are bombarded with information and many of whom suffer from depression or ADHD. It’s a great way to balance their mental state, relieve the pressures of life, work, and school, and enjoy a peaceful life🙏 @ #
