Long stretch on the reformer by in our virtual session today. This was the first time we went ALL the way!! Using all 6 classical principles. Optimal control bringing the carriage in. 👌🏼 10/10 would recommend classical Pilates.

This is very true!! I can tell you from personal experience.

Kegel exercises aren't a catch-all for pelvic floor problems. They're just as likely to make your problem worse. Pelvic pain and incontinence don't equate to weakness. An imbalance of STRONG muscles in the pelvic floor is just as likely to create problems.
