Sadly, the Downtown location is shutting down for good. I hope you all decide to stay with jiu jitsu and Cobra Kai and attend classes at the Southwest location when this is all over. They have a great group of coaches over there.
As for me, much like everything else right now, the future is unknown. I will certainly still be around the gym but I likely won't be teaching much, if any, anymore.
I have truly enjoyed being the kids coach at Downtown for the past 8 years. It has been an absolute joy to watch the kids grow both on and off the mats. I am so proud of all of them.
Thank you to Sim for giving me the opportunity and thank you to all the parents for allowing me to be your child's coach. I hope to see you all back on the mats soon!!!

How are the kiddos holding up? How are they staying active? If any of them are finding a way to still train, I'd love to see some pictures/video of their work! Also, if they have any technique questions, I'd be happy to answer them!
