It’s official — overseed season is underway!

Our maintenance teams are already hard at work across Palm Valley, Highland Falls and Eagle Crest, putting in the time and care it takes to get our courses ready for another beautiful fall and winter season. We can’t wait for you to see the finished product!

While all three courses and practice facilities are closed, our restaurants remain OPEN — so you can still stop by, grab a bite and enjoy Golf Summerlin. 🍽️

Overseed starts TOMORROW! 🌱⛳️

Beginning Tuesday, September 8, Palm Valley, Highland Falls and Eagle Crest Golf Courses — including all practice facilities — will be closed for annual overseed with courses scheduled to reopen Tuesday, September 29.

Our greenskeeping crews will be hard at work during the closure, preparing all three courses for the beautiful fall and winter playing conditions we look forward to every year.

While the golf courses and practice facilities are closed, the restaurants at all three courses will remain OPEN, so come by and see us!

We appreciate everyone’s patience while our teams work their magic. We’ll see you back on the course September 29!
