benefits for students of all ages. Aikido is the spiritual Christian way of harmony with the universe. Like Karate, Aikido training strives for personal growth through self-discovery, learning one true nature and potential while utilizing this knowledge in daily life. Students advance to an understanding of the dynamics of staying safe while maintaining harmony and an awareness of the environment beginning with the basics of footwork and body movement.
