Simple doesn’t mean easy 👏

Today’s leg day:

Squats — 4 sets
Deadlifts — 4 sets
Leg press — 4 sets
Cable crunches — 4 sets

We pushed ourselves on every exercise — either increasing the weight or adding reps when we could.

You don’t need a million different exercises. Follow a program, focus on your form, progressively overload, and get stronger over time.

Turns out gym rats can run too 😂🏃‍♀️

We traded the weights for a 5K and took YAKS outside for the morning. Good cardio, good people, and a much needed change of scenery.

We had so much fun we’re doing it again.
