People are so focused on my weight that they completely miss the bigger picture.

Yes, I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I know how to build muscle, lose body fat, and fuel my body. But knowing what to do doesn’t make you immune to life.

Injuries happen. Depression happens. Stress happens. Life happens.

My lower back injury forced me to slow down. Some days, just showing up was a victory. Instead of chasing a smaller number on the scale, I focused on healing, rebuilding my strength, and getting my body to move without pain.

Today I added another step to my box jumps. That means more to me than any number on a scale ever could. It’s proof that I’m getting stronger, healthier, and more capable again.

Fitness isn’t about being perfect every single day. It’s about continuing to show up, even after life knocks you down. That’s what real strength looks like.

I choose to celebrate what my body can do, not just how it looks. And trust me there is always a better version of ourselves 💕

Trust the process. Building muscle isn’t about staying shredded 24/7.
Sometimes you gain a little body fat while adding quality muscle, and that’s completely normal. Not everyone takes the fast route.
I choose the natural one the one built on patience, consistency, and hard work. The results take longer, but they last.

I was craving something sweet but still wanted to stay on track 🍪🤍 so I made this LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN OREO CHEESECAKE… and it was SOOOOO GOOD 😭👇

Ingredients:

* 12 Oreo Thins
* 2 tbsp light butter
* 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
* 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup zero calorie sweetener
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 4 Oreo Thins crushed inside

Instructions:

1. Crush Oreos + mix with melted butter
2. Press into pan
3. Bake crust at 325°F for 8 min
4. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth
5. Fold crushed Oreos into batter
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake 35–40 min
8. Chill 4+ hours
9. Add crushed Oreos on top 🍪

Macros (8 slices):
180 calories
14g protein
14g carbs
7g fat
