I was craving something sweet but still wanted to stay on track 🍪🤍 so I made this LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN OREO CHEESECAKE… and it was SOOOOO GOOD 😭👇
Ingredients:
* 12 Oreo Thins
* 2 tbsp light butter
* 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
* 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup zero calorie sweetener
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 4 Oreo Thins crushed inside
Instructions:
1. Crush Oreos + mix with melted butter
2. Press into pan
3. Bake crust at 325°F for 8 min
4. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth
5. Fold crushed Oreos into batter
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake 35–40 min
8. Chill 4+ hours
9. Add crushed Oreos on top 🍪
