Sports and athlete mental health is something that impacts us all.

Our own Coach Kate has partnered with the AAAD foundation (Athletes against anxiety and depression) to raise money for their mission.

On June 22 She will be running a 51k (31.7 miles) in honor of her 51st birthday. She is also trying to raise $5100 for the cause!

Any money donated goes straight to the foundation. Details are in the link below but please feel free reach out to her as well.

ATTENTION!! Today at 3 PM (at Brown’s) is our 2nd annual “Spirit Meet” At this meet the level 10s will showcase their routines in pressure sets before state meet! It’s FREE to all. We will have prizes for trivia! Come loud and proud! Anything Brown’s red, white or black is encouraged!

Our prayers are with Konnor and her family. We know the gymnastics community is tightly knit, and our Browns family is amazing. Any support would be greatly appreciated. The venmo is linked as well in the comments.

We send our dearest condolences out to national team member Konnor McClain and her family for their recent loss of her father. Since they are currently staying in Las Vegas any donations such as food, gift cards, etc. would be greatly appreciated. The donations will go towards travel, funeral and accommodation expenses and can be sent to the Academy of Gymnastics and Dance (1000 Stephanie Pl #1, Henderson, NV 89014) in the care of Lorinda McClain.
