POV: it’s the holiday season & you are dreading getting ready for the parties, saying NO to dessert (I mean who says no to dessert?), and oh HELL no I am NOT stepping on the scale until like February, isn’t that a given?!

Oh, the holiday season. The time of year we wait for ALL YEAR LONG. But it is ALSO one of the most stressful and anxious seasons when it comes to body image, healthy behaviors, and in general health & fitness.

Yes, if you eat like sh*t for a whole week straight, I’m sorry but hate to break it to you but you WILL put on body fat. BUT☝🏻… ONE meal where you splurge a little with your friends, family, and loved ones & create memories that will last a lifetime, ya that opportunity won’t come around again. SO YOU OVER THERE, GO FOR IT & ENJOY IT❕
