Save the date!

June 25th from 3:00-5:00pm, join Francis and I at Obsidian Yoga Las Vegas as we lead a special yoga event celebrating PRIDE month to benefit The Center.

We will begin with a guided meditation honoring the activists who paved the way beginning with the first brick thrown at stonewall while setting the intention and acknowledging the long road ahead.

Together, we'll move through an all-levels flow sequenced to the best and brightest performers of the LGBTQIA+ community. Before reaching savasana, Francis will play the singing bowls and topical hands-on assists featuring Lola + Mila CBD topicals will be offered.

The event will be followed by a social featuring specialty libations, light bites, giveaways and prizes!

A year ago this weekend I was notified that my tenure with a very popular yoga and fitness brand was coming to an end. I wasn’t entirely surprised or even really that sad; like all toxic relationships, it was eventually destined to come to an end.

I was anxious about what came next, overwhelmed by both infinite possibilities and dark uncertainties.

Two weeks after parting ways, I went to Budokon Montana Big Sky and found my focus. I found a community that helped me chart my course, realizing that I had been playing small ball all along.

I was not JUST a mom.

I was not JUST a yoga teacher or group fitness instructor.

I AM a multidisciplinary movement professional with a holistic approach to living well. I’ve worked my ass off to build one of the most diverse yoga studios in town. I work with private clients, I teach classes to communities that fill my cup, and above all else, I make time for deep and authentic connections with my family every single day.

And now? I’m over the moon to announce my new ambassadorship representing lululemon Fashion Show and I can’t wait to make this team proud. Onward! 🥂✨

I don’t love using the wall to learn handstands with two notable exceptions: wall facing to learn alignment and like this, to safely learn the sensations that come with pressing.

This two hour jam session will consist of a brief yoga warm-up tailored to the practice followed by all things handstands, working from the ground up, including planning your exit strategy and how to break up with the wall once and for all.
