As long as that drink is in your hand, there is NO way that you are reaching your full potential. Until you can see that, you will always feel like something is missing in your life. Period.

Let me introduce you to a better life.

As a former alcoholic, I definitely understand the struggles that drinking too much can bring on. It truly ruins every aspect of your life. It wasn't until I rediscovered fitness that I was finally able to make a lasting change in my life, and never have the need to touch alcohol again.

It's been itching at me to share my discovery with others who want to stop drinking for themselves, I just wasn't sure exactly how I'd do it until now. 🙏
