Here's a little story of the reason why I Became a Health & Wellness Fitness coach. I grew up in a single parent home with my mother and brother who was 2 years older than me. My mother was a very strict person to put it nicely, for most of my childhood I was traumatized at home, also mock and teased at school every day on my appearance and my pastor. My self esteem was very low

, so it was easy for me to get sick or have some sort of illness. At age 13, I discovered one of my neighbors had free weights in his backyard, my neighbor asked me if I want to try it out, so I did, and I was hooked. It made me look and feel so good, I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. As I got older I joined a gym called holiday spa, now known as Bally's Holiday Spa. I learned everything there was to learn about free weight training, I even went to Mussel beach in Venice Beach California and learn from some of the best weight trainers. I started training my 1st personal training client back in 1986. When the certifications We're finally invented I got mine in 1997, I started working at Gyms like Nautilus plus, LA Fitness, Gold's gym, 24 hour fitness, this was my journey as a personal trainer to becoming a boot camp owner and Coach, then I evolved into a Health & Wellness Coach. I have come full circle helping people revitalize their mental and physical health with Anti-aging Coaching so people can look and feel gooood!

Good afternoon! Coach Kirk here, its a kickass Friday! I had my bulletproof coffee, throw several reps of air kicks🦵 for a great cardio workout to keep my weight, and nervous system fresh just like it was when I was in my 20s, This is the way I turn back the clock⏳ on father time!

As we gets older👨‍🦳👩‍🦳, we should concentrate on direct core exercises In order to keep from having Back, Hip, and Knee pain and I am not talking about doing a bunch of Crunches or Set UPS Especially set up which was proven to cause back problems. Want to turn the clock back⏳ on your spine hips and knees, Do some dragonflies!🐲
