Hello, I’m Amanda. Wife + Mom of three beautiful kiddoes 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏾👧🏽👧🏽👦🏽♥️

I wanted to introduce myself to anyone who may be new, and update where life has been taking me 😊

I’ve been taking a break from my workouts and have been prioritizing building my family business 📈

I’ve been in a real rut as far as transitioning back to my normally scheduled posts and I’m not entirely sure where I want to take them 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have a love of so many, which I’m sure plenty of us do, but as far as my content goes, I have the mindset of sharing more of lifestyle.

So with that being said, I want to focus on posting more of cooking, cleaning, being out and about with kiddoes, short workouts, organization and what building a business looks like. How many of you have a favorite category out of those few? 🙋🏽‍♀️ 🙋🏽‍♂️

What’s up guys 🤗
How have y’all been? I just wanna give you a good old fashioned life update:

So for the past few months, my honey and I have had our heads down and have been really focused on building our business 🥰

Our hard workouts have taken a long pause and probably will for many more months to come. We are incorporating small workouts to keep our muscle strength and continue our healthy living habits 🥗🏋🏽‍♀️

Our priorities have changed.
Our mindsets are better developing.
Life has taken a better turn for our futures. We finally feel like we’re on our path to live our lives with complete fulfill-ness and you want to know what it took…. Taking a chance.

In order to find more opportunities and bring change in your life, you have to C H A N G E ✨

Diamante and I feel so blessed and all we want to do is be able to bless other peoples’ lives as well. On soooooo many levels 🙏🏽

You want to know a promise I made to myself? 🌸

Okay, I’ll let you know 🤫👂

I promised myself that… no matter what life situations are thrown my way, I’ll never go back to the days where I did not love myself fully. 👎🏽

I faced some horrific years filled with insecurities, depression and mental health struggles. I H A T E D the person I saw when I looked in the mirror. I started to not recognize her and at one point, really tried avoiding looking into a mirror. 🪞

Once I found my love for fitness and went hard with it, I began to find myself again. I started to fall in love with me and the way EVERYTHING felt on me: meaning hair, body and mind. ✨

Once I started coming into love I told myself I would never go back. Even if situations arose where focusing on my health seemed stressful to do, I would never let myself drift far…. & I haven’t 💕

I’ve been dedicated to taking care of my well being since 2018 and I will never stop ♥️ I love being me and actually THRIVING in life 🤗

My hope is that you all will get to the point where enough is enough and you won’t ever call it quits on YOU, ✨ I believe in you!

Changed my ratios and changed my lifestyle 🍃

Went from eating for strictly
Weight•LOSS

To switching to my eating to consume food as fuel to not only my muscles, but to my energy ⚡️

Carbs, calories, and even treats are not the enemy 🗣
Over eating and over restricting are 🙅🏽‍♀️

You can change your whole life if you make it a decision to change your attitude about food 🍱❤️
Make it a goal to create a healthy relationship with it, don’t be afraid to fill out your pants a bit better 👖

I believe in you with my whole heart. You can find that balance, you can fall in love with your body and you can fall in love with foods 🤩 you got this 🙌🏽

Fast forward Wednesday ⏩

My journey is currently taking a turn for personal growth. My workout schedule has changed, my dedication to planning out certain meals and certain power lifts has changed. 🥗 🏋🏽‍♀️

BUT! Because of the years I’ve put in the work and have instilled balance of health and wellness into my lifestyle, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I never did crash diets, I didn’t restrict a bunch of things to get the body and mindset I currently have. 👏🏽

I’ve spent years figuring out which foods and workouts work for me, what balance I need to create in order to keep my fitness life sustainable ✨

I really encourage if you are on a diet plan to reconsider it and just plan on eating intuitively 🧠 really listen to your needs and if they change daily, that’s fine! That is normal! Some days I cannot even think about eating breakfast and other days I want a feast first thing I open my eyes.

Our bodies aren’t created to be programmed to feel the same and react the same daily, we change, we fluctuate, so why shouldn’t our eating habits 🤔

In any case, I’m proud of you for staying so determined to change things around for the better!! I’m rooting for you 🙌🏽

✨ BLESSED ✨

I’m so grateful for my beautiful family and finally being able to get the opportunity to build something together 💞

I thought my level of love for them was at a high capacity but these new levels I have been reaching clearly show me otherwise ♥️

Thank you so much to my amazing friend for capturing these amazing photos of us. The experience was awesome because she came with a vision for us and had plenty of poses to offer us 🙏🏽 Her patience with getting shots even though our kids were all over the place meant SO MUCH to us and we’re grateful for her expertise! Be sure to get your photography needs met with if you’re local in Vegas. 📍

They are the reason why I want to do more and be more 🙏🏽

I always love having photos of them to reflect back on like,
when they were at this age I was at this stage. 📏
Now, in a few years, I’ll be able to reflect back again and only expect more of myself from then. 🙏🏽

I only want more for these amazing people GOD created and I will always strive to be a reason on why they have it. ♥️
