BARBERs will be judged on the "Quality" of their "Presentation"" & "Not" based on "Votes".
We encouraged our "Fans" to continue and "SUPPORT" their "Favorite Barber/State". The Quality of their presentation will be judged on the complexity/difficulty, outline/edge up, precision of blend, creativity with/without color and their total appearance & overall work. The Winner will crowned the NATIONAL BARBER LEAGUE 2015 National League Champion. If, there are any questions please feel to ask.
