✨ Excited to announce this month’s Super-Sesh Sunday on April 27th 2025 at 5:00pm with Chakra Alignment and Crystal Healing Bowl Sound Bath! ✨

Chakras are an integral part of various spiritual and alternative healing systems, serving as energy centers within the body that are believed to significantly influence one's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Chakras are believed to correspond with nerve bundles and major organs, thereby impacting our overall well-being. The concept of chakras emphasizes the importance of keeping these energy centers open and balanced, as imbalances are believed to lead to physical or emotional distress.
Chakras function with practices such as yoga and meditation, to maintain their balance and flow. Originating from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, promoting holistic health.

Sound healing is upgrading your frequency. It is a complementary and alternative medicine practice that uses vibration and tones to promote relaxation. Giving the receiver an overall feeling of well-being.

We are pleased to announce our Super Sesh Sunday series!
Every 4th Sunday of the month we'll be putting on healing sessions featuring various healing methodologies to try to help our community out. We're requesting a $15 suggested donation for the 2 hour session. We'll go ahead and open up the session with some Yoga Asanas and Pranayama and then dive into the Sound Bath Session.

3/30/2025 will be our first Super Sesh Sunday and we are so happy to announce that Honesty Whiting will be hosting a Sound Bath session with her healing crystal bowls.
