CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. Our workouts consist of olympic lifting, power lifting, ring exercises, running, rowing, pull ups, push ups, lunges, jump rope, handstand push ups, GHD sit-ups and reg sit-ups, back extensions, box jumps, plyometrics, squats, medicine ball shots and throws, and any and all functional body weight calisthenics. These workouts are developed to wor
k for anyone at any experience level... whether you are 6 years old or 60! We work at high intensity and focus on explosive movements.. which are most functional to any and all of life's unexpected demands.
