Let me tell you—our Solstice residents are one smart bunch! A team of six brave participants took on our Escape the Activity Room Challenge, and in only 20 minutes, they successfully solved every clue, cracked every riddle, and completed the entire mystery!
Their teamwork, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills were incredibly impressive. They had such a wonderful time working together, laughing, and putting their minds to the test.
This activity was such a success that we plan to make it a monthly event—with a brand-new mystery and even more challenging clues next time! Our clever residents have certainly set the bar high! 🧩👏

Today, a heaviness settled over our Solstice community as our residents gathered to watch a remembrance of September 11. We paused together for a moment of silence, honoring every precious life lost, every family forever changed, and every brave first responder and hero who faced unimaginable circumstances that day.

Many hearts were heavy as memories and emotions returned. September 11 is not simply a day in history—it is a day of profound loss, extraordinary courage, and a nation forever changed.

Today, we grieved together. We reflected together. And together, we promised to remember.

Twenty-five years later, the lives lost are still honored, the heroes are still remembered, and the sorrow is still felt. Today—and always—we will never forget. 🇺🇸

This information helps us create meaningful programs and connect residents with others who share similar interests. We want every person in our community to feel known, valued, included, and genuinely at home.
Our residents truly enjoy living in their community and spending time together. We recently changed the name of our weekly Happy Hour to Social Hour because we wanted every resident to know they were invited and welcome—whether they drink alcohol or not. It isn’t about drinking; it’s about socializing, laughing, building friendships, enjoying music, and making wonderful memories together. ❤️
At Solstice, our purpose is about people. It’s about creating joyful experiences, celebrating milestones, strengthening connections, and enriching our residents’ lives every single day.
We have so many exciting plans ahead for our already-amazing community, and I’m especially happy for the residents who live here now because they get to experience every wonderful change, improvement, and celebration along the way. The future at Solstice is incredibly bright, and we are only getting started! ✨

At Solstice, we are always coming up with fun and creative ways for our residents to enjoy art without ever feeling pressured to make everything “perfect.”
We choose projects that are simple, enjoyable, and designed to turn out beautifully—giving everyone the freedom to relax, have fun, and express their creativity. Our residents always have such a wonderful time, but the best part is seeing the pride on their faces when they admire what they have created.
Art is not about perfection. It is about the experience, the laughter, the creativity, and the wonderful feeling of accomplishing something special—and that is what it is truly all about! 💙🖌️

Our Japan-Themed Social Hour will take place Thursday, September 17, from 2:00–3:30 p.m. We’ll enjoy delicious Japanese-style hors d’oeuvres, refreshing Japanese-inspired drinks and beautiful Japanese music. Come prepared for a wonderfully good time filled with food, friendship and fun!

🚶‍♀️☀️ Meet Our Morning Walking Crew! ☀️🚶‍♂️
We love beginning the day with a refreshing walk through our beautiful Solstice community! Our community is spacious enough to enjoy a wonderful indoor walk while visiting with friends and getting our bodies moving.
Whether our residents complete one lap, two laps, or three, it is entirely up to them and how they feel that morning. There is no pressure—it is all about moving at a comfortable pace, enjoying one another’s company, and starting the day on a positive note.
No matter how many laps we complete, we always enjoy our morning walks together! 💙
