Today is a bittersweet day… after 5 years of amazing memories and meeting some of the best people; today is the official last day of Kick A** Fitness. I cannot thank you all enough for all the love, encouragement and support over these years. I have been so blessed to have an amazing husband at my side supporting me, I love you for always sticking by me. Thank you to all of my clients, especially those who stayed with me from the beginning. You have all become more than friends, you are my family. Now on to the next adventure!! ❤️

!!NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE ALERT!!

Beginning August I will no longer be doing HIIT classes my peeps. Going back to school full time to one day be a Physical Therapist is changing how I have to do things. Thank you sooooo much for all of you who have supported me through the past 5 years. You have all been amazing and I really appreciate you understanding why I have to make these changes. Love you my peeps! 🖤🩵🖤🩵

Mon/Wed/Fri:: 6-7 am & 12:30-1:30 pm
Tues/Thurs: 6-7 am only

Round 4: freestyle on the bag
Round 5: 20 uppercuts 1 burpee on hydro bag
Round 6: Alt front kicks on wrecking ball bag
Round 7: speed bag
Round 8: treadmill
Round 9: rower
