Very special and COOL vintage Uberti dated 1964. In my 38ish years of building these I have never seen another marked as this one with an awesome 100 year Vicksburg Civil war barrel address!

It rained off and on and the weird weather caused the grips to have an unnatural glow…..

This one got the full Monty! You name it and I did it to make one heck of a cool conversion for a very deserving customer. I didn’t do the grips though….
Kirst in 38
Faux finish on the machined port
Kirst parts polished and reblued to get rid of the horrible machining
Blended ejector
Checkered and beveled ejector rod head
11degree forcing cone
Muzzle trued
Action timed and massaged
Hammer lightened
Nitre blued screws, and the list goes on!

This one came in for an arbor correction and wedge fitting, defarb and barrel legend engraving, 11 degree forcing cone, action tuning with lighten trigger and hammer, and nitre bluing of the screws and other bits……

Been trying to get metal work done on 5 very special conversions, finalized the bluing today.

This is a fantastic pair of 3rd Generation C**t “Signature Series” revolvers that I did for a fantastic guy!

The ‘61 Navy is a Thuer with the deluxe ring in 38 special heeled or Hollow base (.375 bore) with a remachined Uberti cylinder fitted so that it still retains is cap and ball completely. Nitre blue screws and other bits to make the gun pop!

The ‘60 Army uses Kirst Parts and is in 45 C**t (yes its original cylinder can still be used in it for cap and ball). The Kirst parts have all been massaged, re configured and yes the conversion ring was color case hardened. Nitre blue screws and other bits to make the gun pop!

Those are the original badass grips….

Remember when you were a little boy and your mama told you you could be anything you wanted to be?

So every time I post about a gun that I finished for someone I get:

The guy that doesn’t care that Facebook will delete my business page
The guy that doesn’t care that spellcheck changed conversion to conversation
The guy that thinks he’s funny
The guy that just wants to be an as***le
A couple guys that are great
10 or 15 private messages to one of five different accounts
Text messages that makes zero sense
And then the emails………..

Because I live in your head and know what it is you are referring to and how dare I expect pleasantries, or common sense, right?

At what point in your life did you decide to become like this?
