WinMan Trails is a network of silent sport trails located in Wi******er, WI. Spanning 1300 acres of private land and public Northern Highlands American Legion State Forest recreation land, WinMan Trails offer opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, classic skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing. WHERE: WinMan Trails is located 4 miles north of Manitowish Waters on Highway W. The trailhead and parking lot are at the intersection of Highway W and J.

On Monday morning these were concrete slabs. This afternoon they look like cabins.

It's remarkable what a skilled crew and a crane can accomplish in a matter of days. The tiny cabins will sleep 4 — one queen and two twins. The premium cabins sleep 6 with three queen beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette.

While the builders made serious headway on the cabins, our trail crew turned their attention to the landscaping and paths around Pop's Lodge. We're grateful for the chance to put their talents to work beyond the trails every once in a while — the place is looking really good.

Cabins are on their way. In the meantime, campsites are open, trails are ready, and you're one reservation away from a trailside stay you won't forget.

Starting next week — June 3rd — we’re slowing things down a little and adding some midweek balance to the woods.

Join us every Wednesday this summer for Yoga at BaseCamp. Stretch it out, breathe in some Northwoods air, and maybe finally loosen up those mountain bike legs 😅

💵 $20 registration fee
💙 50% of proceeds go directly back to supporting WinMan Trails

The sun is shining, the weather is absolutely gorgeous, and the trails are calling! 🌲🚴‍♂️🥾

Our amazing trail crew has been hard at work this week, giving some of your favorite trails some serious TLC. They’ve been out shaping, fixing, and repairing Flowage, WinMan One, and Twins so they are running prime for your weekend adventures.

There's a moment we watch happen all the time at WinMan.

A rider finishes their ride and before they load the bike or head home, they stop and look back toward the trees.

We needed to do a little homework last weekend.

So the WinMan crew brought their families out to BaseCamp — and honestly, it turned into something more than a test run. Fires going, kids running around, nobody quite ready to call it a night. It felt like exactly what this place is supposed to be.

After years of planning, building, and figuring things out along the way, it was good to just be here. To slow down, look around, and get excited all over again for the people who are about to experience it for the first time.

Opening weekend is almost here. We can't wait to share it with you.

With 80% of the trail system now open, riders are back doing what they’ve been dreaming about all winter.
