WinMan Trails is a non-profit trail system spanning 1,300 acres of private and public land.

WinMan Trails is a network of silent sport trails located in Wi******er, WI. Spanning 1300 acres of private land and public Northern Highlands American Legion State Forest recreation land, WinMan Trails offer opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, classic skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing. WHERE: WinMan Trails is located 4 miles north of Manitowish Waters on Highway W. The trailhead and parking lot are at the intersection of Highway W and J.

Another week, another full reset for the trail network.

Our trail crew, alongside some incredible volunteers have leaf-blown all 25+ miles of MTB trails again this week.

Freshly blown corridors? Crisp fall air? Prime Northwoods dirt?

Yeah… it doesn’t get much better than this. 🤘

Grab your bike and come get some laps in before the dirt season wraps up!

What an incredible season we've had so far... and we're not done yet!

Huge thanks to all of our amazing volunteers over the past 5 months. From planting flowers at BaseCamp to serving as trail ambassadors for our visitors and clearing rocks and debris all season long, we couldn't do it without you.

We have one major volunteer event left before winter! Join us this Saturday, October 17th, as we tackle leaf blowing, prep firewood for winter, and do some final rock picking on our ski trails.

Strengthening community is at the heart of everything we do—on and off the trails.

We were thrilled to welcome Ben Popp and the team from the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation and Mt. Telemark Village to WinMan Trails last week. Our teams spent the day connecting, sharing ideas, and discussing new ways to partner so even more people can get outside and enjoy our incredible trail systems.

During their visit, we gave a tour of the brand-new WinMan BaseCamp to showcase how it will help welcome and support future trail visitors. Afterwards, we hit the mountain bike trails together for some fun and hands-on discussions around trail sustainability.

Collaborations like this keep our local outdoor community growing stronger. Thanks for visiting and we can’t wait to return the favor when we visit you later this month!

Meet the artist behind the jewelry line in our store: Finn. 🚲✨

At 16, Finn's found a way to turn old bike chains into something beautiful. His hand-crafted earrings and bracelets are made entirely from used chains, giving them a second life as one-of-a-kind wearable art. Every piece is a little different, a little gritty, and a whole lot cool. His collection has been a fan favorite in our store for about a year now.

And here's the kicker — Finn's not just an artist, he's also a serious cyclocross racer. So the same chains he's ripping through on race day? That's the raw material for what's sitting in our store cases.
