Bantam players & cheerleaders — make hydration a priority ALL WEEK LONG, not just on game day! Start drinking plenty of water now so your body is ready to go when it’s time to hit the field. 🏈📣

💦 Drink water throughout the day

💦 Don’t wait until you’re thirsty
💦 Get plenty of rest
💦 Keep hydrating before, during & after practices

We have SO much to celebrate as we gear up for another Bantam football season!

A HUGE THANK YOU to our incredible Bantam parents, coaches, board members, and everyone working behind the scenes to get our kids signed up, organized, prepared, and ready to go. 🙌

This year, 110 football players and 24 cheerleaders are ready to represent SLBF! That doesn’t happen by accident. It takes dedicated parents, committed coaches, hardworking board members, and a community that believes in our kids.

It truly takes a village. ❤️

To everyone who made calls, answered questions, completed paperwork, helped with registration, visited middle schools, coached, volunteered, encouraged, or simply asked, “How can I help?” — THANK YOU!

You helped make this happen. 💙
