Yum, yum! I had a couple of chips. Delicious!

Happy Days!

As you know we have been offering free donuts in the morning. We now have a source for home made chocolate chip cookies which we will offer as a trial at noon on weekends beginning tomorrow.

Enjoy!

FITNESS AREA RULES

As obvious as it would seem as a safety measure, shoes are required in the gym.

New issue: some are using Facetime and other online coaching in the gym. This is a dangerous practice as your "trainer" is not present to prevent injury or to adequately supervise you. This is not permitted.

Thank you for observing these safety rules of the road!
